If the items are a warranty issue please include any broken parts or identification of the warranty issue. All warranty issues are referred to the manufacturer and are determined by them under their warranty policy.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;You are responsible for the cost (and insurance if you so decide) of shipping back to Something In The Woods. But if it is a replacement that is required you will not be charged for the return shipment of the replacement. If it is a return that requires a refund Something In The Woods will refund you the shipping cost.Providing proof of shipping charge is provided and we have been notified before item is shipped of cost.&lt;/p&gt;
