Terms

  • All sales are final.
  • No refunds for wrong choice.

  • The customer is responsible for freight cost of order.
  • Returns will not be accepted after 14 days of shipment.
  • Returns will no be accepted with out an RA Number.

  • Something In The Woods reserves the right not to sell to you.
  • Something In The Woods will do everything in it’s power to get you your order with in
    the delivery time frame (See Delivery section). But sometimes situations are beyond our
    control and it may take longer.
  • Not all items can be shipped internationally. Check with us to see if
    international shipment is available.

Payment

All payments are via Paypal

You can use your Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX) or Paypal account to make the payments via the Paypal Gateway. When it is time to pay you will automatically be transferred to the secure Paypal site for your payment.

Please make sure your billing address matches your payment method. So if you are paying by credit card you must use that billing address. If you are paying by your Paypal account the billing address must match your Paypal account information.

Delivery Details

Australian Orders
Are shipped via Australian Express Post. Once the order and payment is received it will be shipped with in 24 hours (If order placed Monday – Friday). If the order placed during the weekend ( Saturday – Sunday and Public Holidays) the order will be Shipped the next available business day.

Once order and payment is received it will take 3 to 5 business days (depending on Australian Express Post delivery locations)

Australian Shipping Cost (Inc GST)

Small (0.1KG to 0.5kg) $7.60AUD
Medium (0.5KG to 3.0KG) $10.50AUD
Large (3.0KG and above ) $21.00AUD (minimum amount depending on delivery location)

International Orders
Please note not all items can be shipped internationally. If you wish to order items outside of Australia please contact customer service.

The customer will be responsible for any duties or taxes on top of the international freight cost. International freight costs will vary depending on location.

Returns

If you receive your order and are not 100% happy please contact info@somethinginthewoods.com.au within 48 hours of receiving goods.

You will then be issued a Return Authorization Number (RA) with in 48 hours or receiving the email. This email will explain the return process.

Please pack all items with tags as you received it in a appropriately sized package. If the items are a warranty issue please include any broken parts or identification of the warranty issue. All warranty issues are referred to the manufacturer and are determined by them under their warranty policy.

You are responsible for the cost (and insurance if you so decide) of shipping back to Something In The Woods. But if it is a replacement that is required you will not be charged for the return shipment of the replacement. If it is a return that requires a refund Something In The Woods will refund you the shipping cost.Providing proof of shipping charge is provided and we have been notified before item is shipped of cost.

Privacy Policy

We like to keep things private therefore Something In The Woods will not sell or give away your email or contact information. We will only use your email address to update you on the world that is Something In the Woods.
